I have some awesome news to share with you though before I get into today's topic.... WE ARE MOVING TO WISCONSIN!!!

For now I want to talk about
MEALTIME THOUGHTS!
Do you ever listen to your thoughts when you eat? How about thoughts as you are prepping your food to eat? How about after you eat and you are cleaning up the kitchen? What are your thoughts????
Do you know your thoughts set
THE INTENTION--THE PLAN--THE PURPOSE--THE OBJECTIVE--THE ACTION
of how you are going to show up in the moment?
I am going to break this down with some examples:
You have the thought
"This food looks and smells amazing!"
as you are preparing it.
What action does this direct you to do?
Taste the food as you are cooking it. ________________________________________________________
You have the thought
"I am starving"
as you make your plate of food.
What action do you think is going to happen next?
You will put more food on plate than needed & you will eat fast.

You have the thought
"This food tastes soooo good"
as you are eating.
What action does this thought direct you to do?
You will go back for seconds even when you are full or you will lick the spoon as you are cleaning up after supper. _________________________________________________________
Are you seeing a pattern here? Remember this!!!
EVERYTHING starts with a thought.
Remember this!!! Our thoughts create our feelings. Our feelings create our actions. Our actions create our results.
Our results create our life.
THIS RIGHT HERE IS WHAT THE DIET INDUSTRY DOES NOT TEACH YOU!
Most diets direct you to do "xyz" and that "xyz" will equal weight loss.
While weight loss might happen short term with "xyz"........
long term if you do not change your thoughts.......
the old patterns will eventually return and you will regain your weight.
Same patterns = same results.
THE FIRST STEP TO FOREVER WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS IS AWARENESS.
So that is why I am asking you today what your thoughts are around mealtime!
Get FAMILIAR with what your thoughts are.
Get AWARE of you your patterns.
When you start cooking a meal
When you start to put food on your plate
When you sit down at the dinner table to eat
When your eyes meet your food for the first time
When you are reaching down to pick up your fork or spoon
When you are finishing up mealtime
When you are picking up/cleaning up/putting left overs away
WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?
WHAT ARE YOUR PATTERNS?
